I have a AP renewal of RD 3/27/03 and ND 4/1/03, still not approved. I have to go to INDIA. Please update if anyone has recently received AP.

where can I get for urgent visit? Thanks!
 
Go to local BCIS office and get a AP in hours if you want to visit india in the case of emergency.

i applied for a renewal on 3/13 with VSC and it's still not approved. One more bad news for you, not all local office encourage EAD as was previously suggested..

there is some good news also, Talk to your lawyer and s/he should be able to send u to a different office if local office doesnt give one.

Even i am planning to go to INDIA, infact i bought tickets already and later found that my local office doesnt do renewals.
