When will FBI clear my case after INS collected my finger print?

I had an electronic FP and my AVM is just changed to \'Your finger print is collected on 3/xx ....\'. I am not sure if it means FBI already checked my backgroud and my case is cleared. Or I still have to wait for FBI to check my case, starting from 3/xx? Please advise. Thanks!
