When will EAD/AP be valid??

Hi all,

When will EAD/AP be valid??,
Case below :
Applied 140 and 485 in April 04 (Labour Substitution case), was Denied in Dec 04 and a MTR was filed on 14 Jan 05, No change in LUD, will my EAD and AP be valid during this period? , if not when will they be.?

How will I know when they opened my case?

No Clue until now, when did you send back your 140, mine i applied on Jan 10 th 2005
