When will Approvals start coming for May/June NDs??

INS had sent out first April ND approval in August followed by many in September - but not a single May/June ND approval has come even in November - in almost 3 months timeframe.

INS works in Fits

Guys,

I\'ve dealt with the INS too many times to know this.
The INS works by running from backlog to backlog.

One day in the near future, an INS director will note
on his report: "Hmmm, we are starting to get behind
on I485\'s again, lets make it a priority" and wham
there will be a flood of approvals.

I\'ve seen it happen with my new H1B, H1 transfer, I140.
Some lucky people will get an early approval, ahead of the pack.
Some unlucky ones will get an RFE or Interview.

Henry is right, try to find something to pass the time
until the I485\'s become a priority again!
