Hi all.
I am h1b and about 2.5 yrs are over on my h1b (after my masters here). I work for a private s/w company with over 2000 employees as a QA Engineer/Analyst its been about months now.
I think I need to talk my employer to initiate my GC / Perm process.
What all ground work needs to be done before actually applying for LC in perm?? and How much time does this "ground work" take?
By ground work" I man whatever that needs to be doen before the actualy filing.
Just want to get a good idea so that I can talk to my employer / their lawyer.
