I know that this question might be asked few times and I do apologize for taking your time but I am new here.
I heard that we can send the application for naturalisation 3 months before reaching the 5 years of GC. I tried to find out this info on the INS web site but I could'nt. So please if somebody has more info, I will appreciate.
