When to send N-400, Little bit confusing thing happening ?

On my green card it says I have been resident since august 27 , 2004. I believe according to my calculations, I am eligible to send my N-400 form June 1st 2009. 3 months before August 27, 2009 is I guess June 1st 2009, if I am not making any mistakes ..

So here is the second part that makes little bit confusing.. I got a traffic ticket in March 1st and wanted to go court to fight for it.. They first sent me a letter for April 10th but I reschedule my court day and they scheduled for June 15th.. Should I wait until June 16th to send my N-400 or if I send before June 15th , I will be fine ?

The ticket is not a serious crime , it is just a $140 basic ticket but I think i am right in that case . That is why i am going to court but before I clear the court process , if I send my N-400, do you think they can review my application and deny my application because I have not paid the ticket or court did not make a decision yet ?

They won't deny your case for simple violations without giving an interview. You can send in the N-400 in early June as planned, then a few months later at the interview you'd provide the court disposition.
