when to send back the doc?

i recived the letter from kcc on may 19
AS000029XX
my question is :
1.when i nedd to send back the doc : i need to wait until sep 30 2009??
or i can sent it back now?
what other doc i need to includ in the envelop??

It all depend on you. If I were you, I will send it as soon as possible. The only thing you have to do is to fill the form correctly, attach 1 US passport-size photograph to it together with the bar code. The NL comes with an address sticker, if yours contains one use it.

Basically, you have to send the following in one envelop:
1. Completed forms duly signed (DS-230 and DSP-122) for yourself and any dependants. There is a portion that you need to sign in front of a consulate, therefore you should be careful not to sign there.
2. One passport-size photograph.
3. The bar code sent with your NL.

Send it ASAP.

Where did you receive your NL ? Did you receive in US ?

what will happen f i will wait until octber as stated at the letter i recived ?

There isn't state you should wait until October in the letter. Sending it late could delay your case.
