My mother-in-law fits the exemption for individuals who can take the civic test in language of her choice. However, she wants to know at which point in the process when she can request for such exemption. I looked through N-400 form, and maybe I missed it, but I couldn't find the place for such request. I did not find a specific answer online, either. I only know that she is qualified for such exemption.
