When I applied a few years back, I gave the proof of funds only when I landed. I see that all of you are still doing the same.
Somebody who I know is applying for PR and he pointed out the following link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/skilled/qual-4.html , where it says that "You will need to provide proof of your funds when you submit your application for immigration." Do I take this literally and it means that we have to give the proof while submitting the application or can it wait as usual till the day of landing? Has the rule changed?
