hi all,
i am starting my job next month with EAD card(on OPT). My employer will sponser my H-1. i have some queries about the same.
- Shall i ask then to file H-1 as soon as possible for i shall take benifit of OPT time, in term of Tax?
- Usually how long it takes to get H-1 approved, from Vermont office?
- what could be the ideal time to apply for H-1? immidiately or 2/4/6 months later?
i hope i will get some guidence from ppl here.
