Hello
i am new here.I have been a gc holder since 12-12-2007.
first 2 years were conditional since married to usc.
after that i applied for 10 yr gc which i recieved already .
so i can apply for citizenship after 3 years which is after 12-12-2010...right?

do i wait till after 12-12-20101 to apply or can i apply before that date ?

any opinions will be apprciated.
thanks

citi is wrong, you can apply after 3 years minus 90 days from the date you received ur conditional GC, thats assuming you are still married to you USC spouse.

Is 12-12-2007, the date on which your GC was issued? It usually says PR since 12/12/2007. If this is the case, this will be the exact date on which you can apply for N400. However, you will still need to be married and living with the same USC spouse, plus that spouse would have to be a USC for the last 3 years. You can actually apply on September 12, 2010.

Use this link to calculate your minus 90 days before your 3 year greencard anniversary. This isn't about marriage anniversary.
