I need your consultant when to provide marriage certificate....
I sent fee bill to San Louis on Apr 22. I plan to get married to get my spouse to attend interview at the same as I do. So far I have not got married yet but plan to. I still use only my name for CP process so far. When is the best timing to provide marriage certificate to avoid delay? Is it when my case still processed in NVC or the time when my case sent to Taiwan consular (AIT)? My laywer told me that i need to provide spouse birth certificate and marriage certificate to NVC to let them generate my spouse fee bill. It looks like it will cause lots of time delay. According to previous laywer (company request to change laywer), he will send letter to Consular to add my spouse into my case. Then my spouse can interview with me. The delay time is about 1 month. I wonder can someone has same experience can share with me. I appreciate it very much. Thanks!
