My I-140 was approved on Apr 21 (received date Feb 27, 06). I'm from Vietnam so I guess my priority date would be current.
* Situation: My wife is now in Vietnam and will return in June on her H4 (She has a re-entry visa already).
- Can I file my I-485 now and file I-485 (or AoS) for my wife later when she comes back here? I'm not sure I have to file for both at the same time, or I can only file for her when I obtained a Green Card?
How long would it take to get a travel permit once an I-485 is filed?
