Can some one versify the following?
File FOIA with FBI at the time of N-400 filing--->get “no record” letter in 3 weeks from FBI--->e-mail FBI regarding name check status--->if no response or name check pending, contact congressman office with FOIA no record letter, ask congressman to inquire FBI name check status--->hopefully, name check cleared soon--->FBI sends name check clearance to USCIS---> expect oath notice letter soon
The question is how we can find out when USCIS submits name check request? some CIS offices send request before interview while some others send after interview.
