When to file after PD is current

Hello Gurus,
This maight be a very basic question,

My PD became current with the November 2006 bulletin (WW - Cross charging). My question is, can the attorney file any time now, or does he have to wait till November 1st to file the application.

Secondly, the attorney asked me to fill up only form G325A, will this cover for I-485, AP and EAD as well? Or is there any other forms that I need to fill up for AP/EAD. Thanks for any replies.

It has reach after November 1.

Refer to USCIS web site for I-485 packet. Need to add Medical report.
