When to expect "The Card" after stamping in Philly?

Please share the time frames if you got the passport stamped in Philadelphia. After how much time usually one should get the actual green card?

I got my stamping done on 10/27/04 and LUD was 11/04/04. Message is still the same, "The case has been approved". During the stamping, I was told I should get the card in 12 - 15 months.
