when to contact KCC, please!

Yes, you can contact them now. I sent them an email a few days ago asking when my interview is scheduled for. I got an automated response straight away confirming they had received the inquiry and then two days later got an email with my interview date and an estimate of when they are planning to send out my 2NL.
You can call them! As soon as they answer the phone, a nice lady will ask about your case number. After a minute or two she will tell you your interview date, place and time! you don't even have to ask her!!! she can also tell you, if you ask her, about your beneficiaries and the date your 2nd NL was sent.
hi i've got the NL of DV 2010 But got confused about few things . plz help me out solving these......
1.I'm single and received the white envelope on my name and I'm not residing in the USA.
so should I feel up only form DS -230 part1& 2 or both DS-230 and DSP-122?
2.I'm single and got the letter on my name so I've to feel-up a single copy of the forms (i e: only for me) or every members of my family(i e: 1 copy each for my mother,father & brother)?
3. Should I feel-up the forms by hand writing or I have to print the answers of each questions and then only put the signature by my hand?
4.should I send only my photo or each member of my family?
Please help me out brothers coz I've very little idea about the forms & English .And I'm staying in some part of the earth where I'll have none to help me. so please help.please write to :

First of all Congratulations!
On the NL you got there are clear instructions on how you should fill your forms!
1. Being single you are the only one who is qualified for the DV Visa. Parents & siblings are not. If you plan to get married please do before sending back the forms to KCC and if this is not possible, YOU MUST BE MARRIED before interview in order to qualify your wife for the visa! (your parents can come to the USA immediately after 5 years when you get the US citizenship) Yes you should fill in BOTH forms DS-230 & DSP 122 (Beware NOT to sign the DS230 Part 2!!!)
2. As I said ONLY for YOU!
3. It doesn't matter (be careful with your DOB because if you put it wrong it may disqualify you!)
4. Again only your photo (and your spouse if you decide to get married)
(DO NOT PUT ANYTHING THAT IS NOT TRUE IN YOUR FORMS e.g if you are not married now do not put married even if you plan to get married)
