I was wondering whats the right time to ask the future employer for GC sponsorship. With in 1-2 months of joining, thereby giving myself enough time to get I-140 approved within the 3 yrs or to wait for around a year so that he has a better perspective about me and may be more willing to agree for sponsorship? Please share your thoughts.
