My AP is going to expire on Jan 19, 2004, Can i able to apply now? or wait for some time. and other question is when my wife was coming back from india on AP, In Bombay they took one of the originals from her and the other original was stamped in chicago. Can she use the one which is stamped for next visit? Please adivise.........
 
In Mumbai they asked me to give a copy not original. I gave one of the color copy i carried.

Yes, you can reuse the stamped one for your next entry in to USA. I got 2 AP originals. But when I travelled two times and came in, at POE, they stamped only one original. (The same one). The other one is unused and I have already applied for my 2nd AP as the first one expires end of Dec 03.

As per the JIT reportm AP takes around 4 months to get approved. So, its better to apply for your next AP soon.
