I am Singapore Citizen and currently on a assignment here in US. My client is happy with my work and wanted to hire me.
I want to check when is the good time to apply for H1 and what is the procedure.
I read some where that if i get H1B1 (extra quote scheme for Singapore and Chili citizens) then i will be not able to file my green card application, is it true?
Please help (i am returning back to Singapore on 24th March and wanted to submit my application before that).
