When to apply for Citizenship?

Hello All.

I have a situation that would like to clarify. I would like to know when I can apply for my citizenship.

I obtained my temp green card on nov/2004 thru marriage.
Then I obtained the perm green card on nov/2006.
On February 07 I got divorced. (So far 2 year and 3 months with green card)

Then on Oct 07 I got married and am very happy. (Again with a US citizen)

Now my question is, Do I have to wait until I complete my 4 year and 6 months before I send my citizenship application? Or I can apply now since I have completed more than 36 months (3 years) married with 2 different US citizens.

If you have any questions or would like more details please let me know.

Thanks for any advice and for any clarification you can provide me.

You have to be still married to the same US citizen for 3 years (they don't count previous marriages in that 3-year rule).

And for applying without marriage or military based criteria, the earliest you can apply is 5 years minus 90 days (which isn't exactly the same as 4 years and 9 months ... and they will reject your application if you apply at 5 years minus 91 days).
