I am on L1A. My company filed my I485 but not my spouse's I485, due to delay in documentation just before retrogression. Now my questions are:
1. When can I add my spouse to my I485 ?
2. My spouse is on L2 right now. If, after I140 approval and 6 month after filing I485, I change the job (due to lay off etc.) using AC21, then (since my spouse has to leave US due to out of status) can I add my spouse and prevent my spouse of going back ?
3. If my spouse has to leave due to out of status and I add my spouse to my I485 afterward then Can I my spouse come back before I485 approval ?
