Hi,
My company filed for my labor at location A(branch office,Mar 04) and then moved me to location B(head office) within the same state after 8 months. My labor got approved for location A in Jan 2006. My company attorney gave me two options.
1. to continue with the locaiton A labor. He said it is highly unlikely to get into probelm until the naturalization process. But continuing with this option is at my own risk.
2. Start a new labor from lcation B.
I know I can file the I140 for the loaction A and use the priority date if I decide to go with location B labor. But the entire process needs to start now and I bet it would take more then 10months to get my LC/140 for the locaiton B. I will proceed with this step in parallel. My quesiton is
1. If at all I file for 485 (I know the dates are not current now) with the location A labor, when will I get into issues and what are those likely issues?
Thanks in advance.
