When spouse's 485 application is still pending

I have received my green card while my wife's 485 application is still pending. I am the primary applicant of the green card.

If I quit/lose my job, can that hamper my wife's green card application or for that matter even my future status here in US?

I don't think your wife's greencard will be effected with your job at all. She is not the principle applicant, and she will continue to be your dependent till she gets approved.
