When should we stop the process?

I got my finger print notice a week ago and I have about
30 days to get out of my 180-day window. My wife\'s 140(EB3) was
just approved yesterady. I guess her GC application process should
be stopped now.

Q: When should we inform her lawyer to stop her 485 application(Her
company\'s lawyer)? Is any advantage we can take to make us safer?

your wife can simply delay 485 filing

don\'t stop your wife\'s GC process, wait until you get 485 approval, then tell the lawyer that she doesn\'t want to apply GC any more.
so you can have a back up.
