My employer has applied for new H1 with a change of status from Oct1 as I am currently with different employer on L1.
Can somebody tell me how later I can start working for H1 employer. I mean I am going India in Sep end and then will probably come back by Jan 06 as there are no appointment available.
Is this okay?
