Once conected with TSC, after Hi and hello, give them ur SRC#, let them pull ur info, they would tell you the status, all conversation is depend on the status, if case is due you may request them, if they say case is in pending due to balah balah reason, ask them nicely if they can do favor and expedite it....use some sweet words. words and "I am sorry I am bothering you , " and "taking ur lot of time" ," I greatly appreciate ur help .... ", something good thing that triger situation in your favor and atleast they do min favor in ur case, and u feel ur call is not wasted. Do not ask them that u are calling becuase u want case inquery,,,,,,,, put ur focus on it but let them know in another words. even they ask 'sir u want to send inquery, say them...... no its okay,,,,,, I am very patient person, thanks for help and I appreciate that...... may I bother u after few weeks later? .....
Not sure whatelse hints I can give u, it all depend on u how u handle the situation. Always calm urself, and Never show your frustration, anger with ur tone and talk.
Tell them "I know u love me a lot thats why u are holding my case, " use some words that make her smile.
