When Should I expect Finger Printing

Hi I am from non retrgress country and my concurent filling was done on Sep12 and got recipt number only for I-140 on Oct 15. It is Nebraska Center. Can gurus tells when should I expect FP. I am planning to visit back home sometime in December and I have to book the ticket. I do not want to miss the FP.
Also does anybody know if you miss the appointment how much it effect your case. Do we have to wait long time to reschedule.

NSC is pretty slow. I'm yet to receive my FP notice (details in signature). It takes 1 month+ just to get a receipt notice from NSC (which is like step one), so you can imagine the rest!!
 
I did not receive FP notice either. My PD is current and 485 was filed separately in July.

I guess we are also in a wrong place for this discussion.
