When Should I expect Approval

EB2 guys .. where are you ?

First of all we donot have much visibility with regard to EB2 labor cases . Just because we see some approvals of 140 does not mean that we Eb2 folks can expect our approvals in the same way . Although there is nothing wrong in being optimistic - we should go by data . Present data says Jan6,2003 for Eb2 labor . So .... . Please update your data in the EB2 thread created by M101 . Donot get excited by 140 Eb3 approvals . When you see Eb2 approvals ... fell comfortable .

We can initiate an inquiry as they are processing Jan 08 cases.

I am going to do that thru my company/attorney. I guess all Jan 2003, pending I140s can do that. Good luck.
