When should I expect 2nd letter?

Hi Folks,

I am from Nepal and my case number is AS200914***. Based on the current visa bulletin (with 13200 cutoff for March), I hope my number will be current in April. Can anyone suggest me when can I expect my 2nd letter in Nepal? What would be the probable interview date considering present cases? I am planning to come to US in January and return to Nepal for CP. Thanks everyone.

Interview date.... sometime in april
2nd letter probably end of February to mid march.

Not sure its advisable to go to the states before that while its processing
