When should I expect 2nd letter?

Hello!

I am DV2008 winner, 1st letter I got in April and after two weeks I send all necessary documents do the center.

My case number is EU 159XX. What I am supposed to do next? When I can get my 2nd letter with invitation to the embassy?

How do you know that you will receive your letter on 15th January?

Most likely josefone asked KCC whether they already scheduled an interview and they said when to expect the second letter. This is what everyone should do once the number is current in the advanced notification section of the visa bulletin.
