When\'s the absolute cut-off date to file a spouse\'s 485?

I\'m single applied for my i-485. My Processing date is 11/01/01 and FP date is 01/25/02.
Being the most indecisive person on earth, i just want to know when\'s the abolute last day before I file my wife\'s 485? Is it anytime before my approval comes through..or does it have to be a few months before that?
