When premium processing will be allowed for EB2-NIW?

Does anybody know if there are plans to allow premium processing for EB2-NIW cases? I wonder why it is allowed for EB1-EA cases but not for EB2-NIW as of yet! :(
 
Given the ridiculously massive RFE issued on EB-1A PP cases (95% or even higher?), I am not so eager to jump onto the PP bandwagon even if it becomes available for NIW in the future, unless they fix this problem first.
 
I do not see any logical reason why USCIS has chosen not to allow it. The only possible explanation is a lack of resources and staff.
