when Pilot Program at TSC will start

Do you guys know when pilot program is going to start in TSC, like in CSC for EB2?
 
There is pilot program going on in CSC to expedite the EB2 category. IN CSC people are getting approval of 140/185 in less then 6 month. They started this program to reduce the backlog by 2006. You can find some link on the immigration site for this program.
