When My Approval will come ?

My Finger printing was issued in Feb 24 2003 and schadual in May 13 2003 since then my on line status did not change at all, not even finger printing received or process resumed etc.

My last update date in on line message is 02/24/2003. and on line me message as followed.

Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on April 19, 2002. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

I have seen almost all the cases which are approving now a days that there status were changed after Finger printing done and Received by the Service Center and process resumed etc.

I think they have not touch my case yet because of Finger printing resulte was not received by service center. :confused:

What should I do ???? should I call to FBI for FP result ??? I already have faxed a letter to BCIS for my FP expiring.

Just Hoping for a good Result. (Approving my Case)

Don't worry too much, buddy. We actually saw bunch of applications got approved directly from the "received" status. The online status is not that reliable. I totally understand your feeling because I am with you. When we see May/June even July's cases got approved, we became so frustrated and picky on those tinny tiny details. I think TSC already got your finger printing. Our cases might be still on their shelf or in a very slow officer's hands. Let's hope for the best.
