Last week I got my PERM approved, and today my wife got her petition approved from BEC. My wife has applied on EB3 with OCT 2003 as priority date. Mine is an EB2 with OCT 2005 as the priority date.

Can we both go ahead with applying I 140? Will it create any problem during the 485 stage [ If it ever becomes current? ].

One of you should apply for I-140 opting for consular processing and the other should opt for 485. This way both are covered.
