when is one eligible to file for citizenship

Hi,

I am US Green Card holer and want to know when do I become eligible to file for the citizenship.

Also, my husband currently is on F1 visa (soon converting to H1B). Can I apply for his Green Card at the same time as I file for Citizenship under the family based 1st preferred category. How long will it take for him to get atleast the EAD and advance parole?

5 years after becoming green card holder.

No. you need to become a citizen first.
