Got damn it. I got into the habbit of watching my pot again. Seeing all of the later pots start to boil make me jealous. Sincerely, I congradulate all of the users who got their approval recently.
I try to find reason for NSC not boiling my pot. I was born in China and my PD day is May 2001. The retrogression should not affect me. I have done my second FP in Oct 2004 and the result was sent back to NSC. The only thing I am not sure is the name check. I have an email out to FBI on that. Still have not received any reply yet.
I have applied for my third EAD even though I don't need it. I am on H1-B now. I am hoping the application will trigger something in the NSC system to look at my case.
