When is it safe to change your residence?

We have been considering moving to a different place but because of my pending US Citizenship application, I'm not too comfortable doing it now as it might cause further delay in the already slow process. My question is, can I move after I receive the Interview letter? Can we give our my new address for the Oath letter at the interview or we have to wait for the Oath to complete?

Different state? or just local...
If it is just local move, you can move and call USCIS to update the address.

The application explicitly states not to move during your application process. I do concur with CrossHairs that if you staying within the same distric this may be ok. But I don't think this is s a good idea.

If your move involves a change of district, your application will be significantly slowed down due to the USCIS paperwork shuffle and the additional requirement for 3 months minimum residency in the new district. Typically you would be looking at a 4+ month delay, assuming your file doesn't get lost somewhere along the way.
