My I140 and 485 were filed with Vermont Center and the notice date is September 27th. I have been living in Rochester NY. Is there a possibility that the application be transferred to Local INS office at Rochester? How and when and why does that happen?
As it stands, vermont processing time for 485 is June 18th 2003. At Rochester Local INS office, it is March 18 2004. Which date should be my reference?
