When I485 can get approved .

can somebody let me know when this kind of case get approved ,what is effect of non-avaliablity of EB-3 Visa on this kind of case.

Your PD is good ... but your 485 RD is not.

NSC is currently processing June 2004 cases ... your RD is a year behind ....

technically, you need both PD and RD to be current -- but you may get lucky - who knows ?!?

My I-140 RD is not current, and yet I got processed and approved! There is hope
