Hello,

First of all I'm a Green Card or LPR holder since January of 2005 and Next Year I'll be three Years living here in the US and I've never travel outside the country or work since I came here. I'm married to born-US Citizen and I came over here through fiancee visa. Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm thinking that I'll be eligible to file for Citizenship when I'm 3 years as a Permanent Resident or LPR.

My question is: When I'll be eligible to file for citizenship?

Thanks for all your response.

You are thinking correctly. You will be eligible after completion of 3 years on LPR status. You may file 90 days prior to completion of 3 years as LPR.
