I got mail from USCIS code 3

ASC Appointment Notice
to process your application,the USCIS must capture your biometrics.


when I need go to medical examination.

Do I need wait for USCIS letter for medical examination


or I can do medical examination myself and mail to USCIS for faster process.

Code 3 means they capture your photo & index fp to go on your gc. If they dont ask for Medical, don't do them.

Don't ever give USCIS anything unless they ask you.

Thats true...
However I know ppl who have sent their I693s with the application (I485) and they have gotten their GCs faster, like in 7 months...

Maybe it is even easier for them, because they dont have to be mailing stuff requesting evidence and what not...

Do your medical and keep it at home wait for request.
Don't send it without asking you to do! Because they got a lot of cases and it's not easy to find yours and attached your medical forms.

By the way whats your timeline?
