When I-140 becomes Void?

Dear Great Forum members

When approved LC is substituted for another employee, what is the status of approved I-140, which has been approved based on approved LC? I have filed I-485 anfd got laid off before 180 days. Wheather my I-485 will be denied? Please give your valuable comment.
 
Before 180 days from I-485 employer has sent the letter of revocation it would be very difficult case. It is nowhere connected to your lay off. Even if they revoke your H1 it does not matter. That will be still pending. Important thing is whether your company has sent a letter or not.

If they have sent the letter usually case will be transferred to local office. Here after it is big mess. Just explain in one sentence some two guys got deported. But after they came from India back their attorney reopened the case.

Please write in detail. Do not be cryptic. I can understand your mental state now. At least try putting info like whether your company revoked your I-140? Also some dates which will be helpful to discus

If your company informs your layoff to INS then you have to stick on your H1 Visa and apply with new company from starting that makes some freeness.

or

If your company not inform INS or sent any letter to INS then you are safe, after 180days you can get a letter saying that you are working on the same skills which is in your labor certification.
