am from India on a F1 visa and currently doing Bachelor of Science in Nursing. My final quarter will be over in mid April 2008. After my final quarter is over, I would have to pass the licensing exam before I can practice as a nurse. Does the 60 days grace period available to students start after my final quarter is over or after I pass the licensing exam?
I read somewhere that the 60 days grace period starts after the graduation date? When is the graduation date - is it the last day of final quarter/semester or is it the day of the graduation/convocation ceremony? Can some one please help? Thanks.
