When does NVC AVM update??

Does anybody know when NVC updates case status on AVM?

Is it throughout the day - or at a specific time every day?
 
AVM Messages gets updated on a daily basis when the status for that case changes.

As far as what time of the day i think after 5pm EST on a given day but before 9am EST the next day. The reason I say this is bcoz i checked my AVM status 2 weeks back around 4:30pm EST and it was not updated but next morning I tried at about 9:15am and it was updated. But again this may just be a coincidence.

Most up-to-date information may be with the NVC operator since their computer systems get updated before and then a day / two later the NVC AVM gets updated a day or two later is what i have realized.
