Hi guys,
I have filed my labor (RIR) about 6 months back. I want to know at what stage does the Lawyers require Experience Letters from previous employers.

Thanks.

What if you dont have experience letter from some employer? This may happen when you quit Indian company without satisfying their notice period. They wont give experience letter in that case.

Most of the attorney submit experience letter at LC stage. It helps DOL during decision making process regarding beneficiary qualification.

I am also in the same boat .. any suggestions ?
I dont have an experience letter from one of my employers because i left the Company before I finished the "mandatory" 2 yrs
my lawyer said that offer letter + confirmation letter (confirmation of employment usually 6 months)+ pay stubs should suffice

If ex-employer is not providing you experience letter, you can ask your ex-colleagues to give you an affidavit.

I know what you are saying, its like breaking the bond with some big Indian companies.
Well the solution as already pointed out is to get Affidavits from 2-3 of your former colleagues (team mates, Team leads, manager). Talk to your lawyer he will surely say the same thing.

How do yeah get an affidavit ?
Does an affidavit from an Indian court suffice?

How do you get an affidavit in US? wouldnt that person have to go to a notary to sign...
can any one suggest the content of the affidavit?
