When your company changes the name or bought over or acquisitions or something like that, INS will ask you to redo 140 with new company. If INS asks to do it, it is generally in a separate queue and linked to your 485 and processed faster than general 140 queue. But if you do it it proactively because of the situations described above, 140 goes in general queue. I hope I answered your question.
