when do stamping, which I94 they want?

The original one or the H1 one? I know somebody from F-2 to F-1 to H1. So, they get 3 I94. Do you need I94 when apply for citizenship?

On courtesy copy, INS does not ask you to bring EAD and AP. Why I saw so many people

I think all I-94

I was advised to keep all I-94s by my attorney. So, I would think that they need all I-94s. Someone who has stamped the PP, could answer this question better.

It's advised to carry ur EAD and AP for returning as well. They may not ask for it but these docs. having become invalid after stamping, u'd want to return those lest INS bothers u to to send later on (not that I heard that having happened before).

The person who collected our Courtesy copy asked I-94,EAD & Advance Parole, eventhough it has not mentioned in our approval letters, it is advisable to return.
